Norman Foster's comunications tower is a major landmark sitting on the Tibidabo hills and visible from most parts of the city. The sructure appears like an odd alien rocket having landed in the midst of a quaint suburban neighborhood. Perched precariously above the small homes, it dwarves them further by contrast. It would be an understatement to say the views from its top are breathtaking.
When did this go up? Don't spend too long up there; the microwaves will fry your brain!
