life's a beach # 3
(palamós - cala s'alguer)

The Costa Brava has always been a classic summer destination.
It stretches all along the Girona province up to the French border.
Rocky and dramatic or sandy and placid, the Costa Brava is quite something.
Unfotunately, the poor Costa is neither what it once was nor what it could have been. Greed and speculation have done it a lot of harm.
It is still possible though to find untouched spots,
Cala s'Alguer -north of Palamós- is one of them.
The irregular little row of former fishermen huts have become the perfect hideaway for a lucky few.
Not much else on the tiny cove but the sound of the crashing waves. Very nice.
