In spite of what may seem, this town is really bad at preserving its heritage. It is a crying shame that not one of the many cafes that dotted the city in the early XXth century has survived. Not a single one!

Cada vez que veo fotos del Café Torino me entran ganas de llorar, porque ya no está. ¿Cómo se pudo destruir tanta belleza? Hace poco Lluís Permanyer hizo un documental sobre la destrucción del modernismo en el siglo XX. Lamentable.
